Penetration testing
Penetration Testing
We attack your systems the way a real adversary would, then show you exactly how to shut the door. Clear findings. Real fixes. A free retest.
Overview
What it is
Penetration testing is a controlled, authorised attack on your systems. We think and act like a real attacker to find the weaknesses that matter, before someone with bad intent does.
We test web applications, internal and external infrastructure, cloud platforms, mobile apps and wireless networks. Whatever your estate looks like, we cover it, and we explain what we find in plain English.

Our process
How the engagement runs
- 01
Scope
We agree exactly what is in scope, the rules of engagement and what success looks like. No surprises.
- 02
Test
We probe your systems using manual techniques backed by tooling, safely and in a controlled window.
- 03
Report
You get findings ranked by risk, with clear steps to fix each one, not a wall of raw scanner output.
- 04
Retest
Once you have made the fixes, we check your work and confirm each issue is genuinely closed.
FAQs
Frequently asked questions
How much does a penetration test cost?
It depends on the size and complexity of what we are testing. We price every engagement individually and only after we understand your scope. Tell us what you need and we will give you a clear quote.
How long does a test take?
Most tests run from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on scope. We agree the timescale with you up front and work around your business where we can.
Will the test disrupt our systems?
We test carefully and agree rules of engagement with you first. We can test outside business hours and avoid fragile systems where needed. Disruption is rare and always managed.
Do you retest after we fix the issues?
Yes. A retest of the findings is included, so you can show your board, customers or auditors that the risks are closed.
Do you test against a recognised standard?
Yes. We follow established industry methodologies and map findings to recognised frameworks such as the OWASP guidance where relevant, so your results are meaningful to auditors and customers.
